Student Support

This year the HND Technical Support students ran a student helpdesk as part of their work experience unit. The experience allowed them to put into practice the skills they had learned throughout the course. The helpdesk is run by students for students and answered any queries and questions that students had relating to IT equipment. Typical calls included resetting passwords and helping students with wireless problems. The helpdesk can be found in our information and booking centre where the students will be happy to help.
